Winning Roulette Strategy

A typical American roulette wheel is separated into 38 slots, which are numbered 1 to 36, plus zero and double zero. The odd numbers are black, the even numbers are red, zero and double zero are green. Some casinos, both online and physical, feature the European roulette wheel. The European roulette wheel only has 37 slots; there is no double zero.

You are allowed to place as many bets as you wish on a single spin of the roulette wheel, as long as you don't exceed the tables maximum limit.

Some online casinos use an unpopular rule called "en prison". This means that when a zero or double zero is spun, the player loses half their bet or can choose to let their bet remain in play for the next spin. This rule only applies to even money bets.

Odds

The classic 38 number American wheel gives the house has a huge 5.26% edge. Whenever zero or double zero hit, all bets lose. The 37 number European wheel gives the house a 2.7% advantage. For every $100 bet, the house makes $2.70. The en prison rule means that this edge drops to only 1.35%. So you want to look for online casinos that offer the European, single zero wheel.

Roulette Strategy

When you play roulette in an online casino, you place bets on a betting layout where numbers are listed consecutively from 0 to 36. These numbers do not correspond with the layout of the numbers on the wheel.

The numbers are arranged on a roulette wheel in what appears to be a random sequence. you have a higher average success rate by selecting a portion of the wheel as your bet. Therefore, instead of just playing various numbers at random, you would place bets on a set of neighboring numbers on the wheel. It is important to note that the numbers on the wheel may be differently sequenced from one roulette wheel to another.

So instead of placing bets on any random number that pops into your head, I encourage you to bet on a "section" of numbers. I have tried and tested this method and can assure you that it greatly improves your chances of winning.

If using one of our selections, ensure it corresponds to the roulette wheel that you are playing on. Our tests were found to be most profitable on selecting eight numbers at a time. We believe that these chosen numbers must be used consistently for no less than 30 spins to ensure your odds of winning.
